Annually at the Safe Summit Violence Prevention Conference, Safe & Sound Hillsborough awards the Kevin Beckner Community Scholarship to high school seniors throughout Hillsborough County. The scholarships are awarded to graduating students demonstrating outstanding scholastic achievement and community service. Qualified candidates must be residents of Hillsborough County. Preference is given to first generation, college-bound students. To date, we are proud to have awarded over $17,000 in scholarships to deserving high school seniors.
